Home Made Potato Soup





 You will need: 5lbs of potatoes. 
Half a stick of butter.
One brick of cream cheese. 
A quart of half n' half.
Half a tub of sour cream.
Salt and Pepper. 


Once you have drained your potatoes, put on the burner at low heat and quickly add the following ingredients. 


Once all your ingredients are added and blended well, you will heat the soup for an additional 5-10 minutes. You will stir continuously until you reach desired temperature.   
Remove from heat and serve. Simple. 




Serve with your favorite bread.
